Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply contact us and then send the item back. We need to be aware of the return within this 30-day window for the return to be accepted.

A 10% admin fee will be applied on returned orders plus inbound and outbound carriage costs.

We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:

• Products damaged by the customer (if a product is damaged in transit then the return will be accepted).
• Unique, custom-ordered products that we will not be able to resell.

The item(s) must be in a new condition with no damage. Simply contact us to begin the returns process or email [email protected].

PLEASE MARK OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE WITH NAME & ORDER NUMBER, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT KNOW WHO THE PACKAGE CAME FROM.

Return Options (FOR USA/CANADA ONLY)

Option #2: Return items to our UK address

If you choose the UK option, you will receive your refund within 7 working days upon arrival at our UK warehouse. For USA/Canada options, please allow up to 2 months for the refund to take place to allow time for products to be returned to the UK and checked.
