What Is Geopathic Stress?

Geopathic stress is a term used by dowsers and some alternative practitioners for supposed distortions in the earth's natural fields, which they attribute to underground water veins, fault lines and mineral deposits, and which they say are made worse by man-made electromagnetic fields. It is not an established scientific measurement, and there is no recognized test for it. We use the term because it is how the makers of the Vortex Inserts describe them.

• In a bed: place one insert in each corner of the bed, four in all, to create a more balanced space while you sleep.
• Around the home: position inserts about every 8 feet (2.4 m) to keep the coverage consistent through your living area.

What They Do and Do Not Do

Vortex Inserts are not shielding products: they do not block radiation, and they have no shielding rating.
