We offer a 30-day ‘No-Quibble’ returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply contact us then send the item back. We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:
(a) Products damaged by the customer (if a product is damaged in transit then the return will be accepted).
(b) Unique, custom-ordered products that we will not be able to resell.
