Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply contact us and then send the item back. We need to be aware of the return within this 30-day window for the return to be accepted.

A 10% admin fee will be applied on returned orders plus inbound and outbound carriage costs.

We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:

(a) Products damaged by the customer (if a product is damaged in transit then the return will be accepted).

(b) Unique, custom-ordered products that we will not be able to resell.

The item(s) must be in a new condition with no damage. Simply contact us to begin the returns process or email

The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

If you choose this option, please allow up to 2 months for the refund to take place. This is to allow time for the products to be returned to the UK and checked. We have this option to save on your return costs. If you would like a refund quicker, and don’t mind paying extra on shipping, option #2 may be better for you.
