Freedom Faraday Cap With a Silver Shielding Lining
This cap looks like an ordinary cap, with FREEDOM embroidered on the front, and has a silver EMF-blocking lining on the inside. The outer is wear-resistant, pill-resistant 100% twill cotton, and the cap is lightweight and breathable enough to wear all day, at home, in the office or on the go. Shielding Performance
The silver lining fabric is rated by the manufacturer at 65 to 80 dB of shielding from 10 MHz to 4 GHz. That range includes cell frequencies, 2.4 GHz WiFi and the 5G mid-band (3.4 to 3.7 GHz). Decibels are a logarithmic scale: every 10 dB is a tenfold reduction in signal power, so 65 dB blocks more than 99.9999% of the signal power at that frequency. The rating does not cover 5 GHz WiFi or millimeter wave 5G, which are above 4 GHz. It is a rating for the lining fabric, and the lining shields the area the cap covers.

The EMF-blocking lining covers the whole interior of the cap, excluding the peak, so wear it with the lining against your head.
