Grounded Bed Sheet: An Earthing Sheet for Your Bed

This earthing sheet is a flat sheet that goes on your bed and connects you to the earth ground of a wall outlet while you sleep. It is made with cotton and silver fiber, and it comes with the grounding cord and plug. The cord is 16.4 feet (5 m) long, so the bed does not need to be next to the outlet. How It Works

The silver fiber in the sheet conducts. The grounding cord connects the sheet to the ground socket of a wall outlet, so when you rest on the sheet, your body is connected to the same earth ground as the outlet. How to Use It

1. Lay the sheet on your bed.
2. Connect the grounding cord to the sheet.
3. Plug the other end into the grounding (earth) hole of an outlet that is properly wired to earth.
4. Rest on the sheet with your bare skin in contact with it.

Use It With Our Grounding Rod

You do not need to use a wall outlet. The sheet works with our external Grounding Rod for Earthing, which connects you to the earth outside, and with our other grounding products. Some people prefer a rod because the ground socket of an outlet is part of your building's wiring, where electrical noise from appliances and electronics, often called dirty electricity, can be present, while a rod connects to the soil outside, away from that wiring. If you use more than one grounding product at the same time, connect them all to the same grounding source: all to grounded outlets, or all to the grounding rod, and not some to an outlet and others to the rod.

The sheet is a flat sheet and comes in two sizes: medium, 54 x 75 inches (137 x 191 cm), $47.99, and large, 60 x 80 inches (152 x 203 cm), $53.99. These are the same dimensions as a full and a queen mattress.

Care and Washing

Look after the sheet to keep the silver fiber working at its best:

• Wash in water up to 104°F (40°C).
• Use a neutral detergent.
• Do not soak for long.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Air dry naturally, in the shade.

Grounding, Not Shielding
